2. What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and company name for business customers.
• Property details: the address and postcode of the job, access information (such as key, alarm and parking details), and property size.
• Job records: quotes, bookings, photos taken for quality control, invoices, payment records, and waste transfer notes.
• Messages you send us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on our website.

3. Why we use it (and our legal basis)

• To give quotes, book and carry out jobs, and take payment. Legal basis: contract.
• To keep financial and waste records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To handle complaints, re-cleans, and protect our business. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• To send occasional offers or updates, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time. Legal basis: consent.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as our email provider (Google Workspace), our website host and form provider (Netlify), accounting software, payment provider, insurer and accountant, and only where you or your agent are involved. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

• Access information (such as alarm codes) is deleted once the job and any re-clean are complete.
• Quote enquiries that don't go ahead are kept for 12 months.
• Invoices and financial records are kept for 6 years, as required by law.
• Waste transfer notes are kept for at least 2 years, as required by law.
• Job photos are kept for 12 months, unless you agree to their use in our marketing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to use any of these rights. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

7. Security

We keep information secure: keys and codes are stored separately from addresses, and devices are password-protected.
